I had had a complete detail on my Yukon. They were able to get me in quickly, completed the task quickly, almost too quickly, and the vehicle really looked outstanding. It took 3 days of running fans inside to dry the carpet, which seemed overly wet upon completion of the job. While washing the car less than a week later, I quickly found the roof had not been waxed, as no water beaded like elsewhere. I called, they worked me in very promptly, waxed the roof. I thanked the owner and his assistant for working me in, mentioned again that someone forgot to wax the roof, and receved no apology of any kind. It really dissapointed me. I will probably not return there. Seems like volume is more important than customer service. Service: Auto detailing

Dr. Detail did a great job on my camper van rental fleet vehicles. They will even pick up & deliver! Good people.
