Had a great experience working with Christy Shirlin! She was very helpful on helping me switch my auto and home insurance policies, Christy was prompt on the emails and always took my calls if I had any questions. I would highly recommend Morton Ins for your Home and Auto as they are very competitive. I really like that they do a 1 year policy for Auto as well. When I moved and told them I was ending my policy to switch to another company that better suited my needs, the person who helped me became very pushy. Then when I told her I was sure about my decision, she became extremely hard to reach, rude to me, and not helpful at all with my questions regarding a refund.
