My 3-month-old daughter received a frenectomy for her lip and tongue ties one week ago. The procedure was done by Dr. Bill Chambers and I am more than pleased with the outcome. My daughters latch has improved drastically after only one week, and I am so glad she had the procedure done. Very pleasant experience from start to finish. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and was very aware of my needs as her mom and went above and beyond to accommodate us. They even made sure I had a safe and private place to breastfeed both times. I strongly suggest this office for your child’s dental needs!

I can't say enough good things about this practice. Why are there no other reviews?!?!?! They are fantastic. Professional, kind, thorough. My daughter (age 5 ) counts down the days until she gets to go see Dr. Bill. They were very, very fast the last time I went (daughter had a cleaning and x-rays taken). In and out in under an hour. Granted, we went during school hours, so I'm sure that helps. But the office was still filled with people being seen. As long as I live in the area, I will be taking my daughter here.

We had the most amazing experience coming to Great Beginnings. From the front desk to the dental assistant to Dr. Doug, the entire office helped us with a dental emergency and made a stressful and frightening situation feel supported and manageable. We are so thankful to have found this practice.
