Can I give 10 stars? Where to begin with describing my recent experience with a real estate agent who is so amazing, someone who goes WAY above and beyond in delivering service and support for her clients? In this housing market a buyer can easily begin to feel overwhelmed and discouraged. My sister and I were feeling that way while trying to continue our search with patience, diligence and grace. We had begun to doubt the existence of buying a home we could love. We were beginning to feel that we may have to make significant compromises on our dream home. And then one day our home found us. This one in no way compromised our dreams, it elevated them beyond what we had dared to hope for. We knew we had to take fast action. I contacted Heather, who had shown integrity and kindness in a few casually exchanged emails. She was immediately on it. Heather orchestrated everything with the greatest finesse to make our dream come true. She helped us through the intense and demanding experience of buying in an extremely competitive market. She was there at our side, through every twist and turn. Incredibly responsive. Amazingly on the spot with smart and savvy answers and advice and action. My sister said to me one day "I don't think that Heather is any kind of ordinary realtor." Heather knows what to do. And she really cares. Heather is one in a million. Thank you, Heather. We are so very grateful. We love our new home!

Sally is a wonderful person. Very professional, definitely experienced in her profession. She can also be a great friend, should you need one. She exceeded my expectations. I would define use her in my next real estate transaction.

This was our 10th home purchase over many decades, so we thought we knew what to expect, but Cate far exceeded all of our expectations. Not only did she provide excellent local advice and insights, she was so nice to be around and very patient. You cannot go wrong with Cate Bradley as your realtor!
