Large free parking lot, tons of information on local spots, very friendly staff and clean bathrooms. Great place to start to get the lay of the land when traveling

We took the trolley ride and it 1000% made our trip. An hour and a half with Michael taught us so much about Asheville and gave us a great opportunity to get out and explore the city.
