        Our overall experience has been terrible. You leave messages and no one calls you back. They continue to serve food unsuitable for an individuals situation. They say they are going to correct it; however; it's almost a week and it still continues. Some of the nurses are rude and show no compassion what so ever. It's disappointing when there have been positive reviews about this facility. Placing a loved one in skilled nursing isn't easy and the facility should be doing what they can to make it a bit easier. Instead they causes more frustration on those there as well as their family members.

        I am very disappointed in my elderly mother's treatment here. The rehab nurses were awesome, however the staff (most of them on the hall my mother was on was not). I am writing a review due to I looked at the reviews to determine whether I wanted to placed my mother here and I feel I made the wrong choice.
