Im from out of town and called to plan a vacation through the Boone area. My favorite hobby is riding my electric unicycle and I love exploring greenways and various trails on it. When I called the Boone Chamber of Commerce, I spoke with an exceptionally professional young woman (by the name of Lindsay) who provided outstanding quality customer service for me. She answered all of my questions and is even going out of her way to mail me trail maps of the Boone area.Perhaps the craziest thing it turned out is that Lindsay is from my home town of Knoxville, is a recent migrant to Boone, and has even seen me riding on my electric unicycle back home (LOL!)
To Lindsays boss, please take note that I am writing this very positive review of her, not just because she is from my hometown. But because she really does provide outstanding quality service and that gives me much more of a positive feeling as a tourist to want to spend time (and money) in your city.
Lindsay, it was a real pleasure speaking with you and I wish you and your family the happiest life possible in the beautiful Boone, NC area.
