They asked us to send a photo of our water tank equipment so that they would have knowledge prior to the visit. They fixed our issues quickly! The team that came to install a new pump in my well were nothing short of exceptional. I took over 120 photographs of the whole operation from start to finish. One of the truly amazing attributes of this group is that everyone knew what their job was and everyone was moving at the same time doing something. The level of teamwork among the four who showed up demonstrated that their expertise is second to none. everything that was required was brought and installed very efficiently. What look like a mess in the middle of the operation was fully cleaned up by the end to the point you couldnt tell anyone had even been there. The cost was around $6000 but it was worth every single penny. They provided me with a turnkey operation whereby the pump runs off a 240 V generator. A neighbor even commented that he was stunned by the teamwork with no one standing around, wondering what to do. They set to work and did a fantastic job. It was worth every penny.

These guys were awesome. Water went dry at our house, we called Blue Ridge Waterworks and they were able to make it out same day. Quick, professional, straightforward, and kind. They replaced our well pump and got us going.

Outstanding service from Blue Ridge Waterworks. I needed a well and water tank checkup and techs Justin and Grayson were very thorough and helpful. They tuned up my home's water pressure and discovered/repaired a small leak in a well valve that could have become a huge problem down the line if they hadn't found it. They also provided great advice on insulating my water system before winter. The office staff was great with scheduling and billing. I absolutely recommend Blue Ridge Waterworks and will call them again for any future needs. Service: Pump repairs & installation

Mike and Joe came out promptly to address an issue with our pressure tank. The team did an incredibly thorough job removing the old hardware and installing all new components.
