        My experience with Keith at Pella was amazing.. we designed the windows for each space with price and functionality in mind.. he was so helpful and awesome to work with! The install day was seamless.. Ive never seen a crew so tidy! I didnt have to clean inside or outside after they left which is unheard of! The final product is beyond my expectations.. totally modernized our cabin and added so much value while also providing care! Would totally get more windows done with this whole crew!

        Damon Braxton, our Pella representative in Boone, NC, provided excellent service. Our contractor during our remodel project recommended Damon and Pella, and he was exactly right. Damon worked through several window styles and sizes with us until we got just what we wanted and needed to update our mountain cottage. We are very happy with our new windows and Damons customer service.

        We are very pleased with our experience with Pella of Boone. The sales consultant, Keith Oravits, was a pleasure to work with and made the process of choosing and ordering replacement windows and doors much less overwhelming. The installation team was very professional, working efficiently and neatly. The entire process (from the initial consultation with Keith to the hauling away of our old windows and doors after the installation was completed) went so smoothly. We especially love our new front door. What a difference!

        Damon Braxton is wonderful to work with! He has gone above and beyond to provide options and suggestions and prices. What I love most about Damon is his communication. He always returns my call or email quickly and accurately. Extremely kind and accommodating and patient. Communication is a BIGGIE for me! I love someone who communicates as well as Damon! Anyone would be lucky to have his help at Pella in Boone!
