Glennwood Apartments

We pay for trash and it piles up like crazy, no ones does anything

The old owners of these apartments never let it get as bad as it is now. They regularly let garbage pile up for weeks on end which we pay for the trash service, there's mold that we've reported multiple times and they wont help, water leaks at the window and back door, gapping in the front door, they rarely do maintenance, the A.C. is filthy and they won't fix multiple other problems we've had, they're supposed to clean the carpet everytime the lease is renewed but they only fix things when people move out. This place is not worth $1,000+ a month.

if i could give this place zero stars I WOULD. worst place to live at, your wasting thousands of dollars every month renting there. the smell of cigars never leaves no matter an incense,candle, air freshener etc you use to try and make it smell good. They say the apartments are renovated yea BARELY still have issues with the ac and more all they do is just repaint the walls change the carpet put new floor and thats it. they dont deeply clean it because there was still dust and some moldy parts in the bathroom and windows.The appliances for the kitchen like stove and refrigerator are so outdated for being renovated.So if your thinking of moving here ill say SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR AN BETTER PLACE!! thank u.

Terrible experience, when we first moved in we had no doorknobs, blinds, light switches were missing frames, the air filter was filthy, and we had issues with the water. It took them 2-3 month to fix all of this. Some it we did ourselves. On top of that they lose our rent money and blame us. Saying we never gave the money. We had to come up with double the rent. Later down the road(we didnt make it a year yet) they say they still didnt receive their money from that one month and wanted to charge us $3k! There was also a hit and run and they never helped us out with that either. They do not care about the people that stay there and maintenance is lazy. We only stayed for about 6-7 months we didnt make it a year there.
