Flow Subaru of Burlington - Service

I brought my brand new Subaru in for the first service on 10/30. Once my car was ready, I was charged $130 for what was supposed to be a complimentary first service. I reminded the service department that the sales department promised me a first-time service was included for a new vehicle purchase. My car wasn't washed or brought back to me. Customer service wasn't provided to me at all. I was given my keys and pointed to the parking lot to find my car. This is right after I observed an elderly white woman being taken to her car exactly where everyone else drops their car off...up front. She didn't have to go fetch her car like I did. Definitely not returning to Subaru Service in Burlington!

Extremely overpriced, more than double other shops. But they give you a loaner car, friendly service, and they have the best diagnosis.

Been here about 6 times for work on my forester. Always friendly and professional. Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing, Oil change

I am very disappointed with the service that I received at the Burlington Flow Volkswagen. Each time I've gone to this location they've tried to overcharge me or give me a list of unneeded services. I stopped by on Saturday because I had a low beam light out and my side mirror has fallen off the gentleman tried to charge me $40 service charge to replace my low beam light, he said it would it's an extensive task. I took it to another Volkswagen dealership and a different city, they charge me nothing for the sam service it only took the gentleman to 3 minutes to put that light bulb in. A year ago I stopped by because there was an error message on my panel that I did not know what it means they looked at my car came back with a list of items that needed to be done and wanted me to have them done there of course. I did not I took car back to the dealership where I purchased my car they looked at all the things and said the only item was legitimate (slow leak in tire) all other charges were bogus repairs. I later went back to Flow - Burlington and they came up with the same exact list of problems again and they were not problems. I refuse to allow Flow of Burlington to nickel-and-dime me on every service to my car. I will not be using your location anymore I would rather spend the time and the energy to drive to Raleigh, Durham or Greensboro, I've received great service at each of these locations.
