    The most horrendous bus service I've ever experienced. It's dirty, seats are nasty and don't function correctly, driver is rude, and atmosphere is chaotic. They never even stop at the correct place for me to disembark. Don't ruin your travel experience..dont chose this company.

    The company is just absolutely HORRENDOUS! Just built on irresponsibility and rudeness. PLEASE just hire a different company or just take a plane flight. Placed a ticket for a 9:30pm pick up in Raleigh and they sent the wrong text message in the afternoon telling me the bus was delayed till 10:30pm but I called and they said it was actually delayed till 11:30pm. Then I had to called a couple more times because the bus was a no show and the agent kept pushing the time back 15 minutes more EACH time mind you I have called like 5 times now. At 12:20am they have the audacity to be rude and tell me that the bus isnt coming and I have to drive to Durham for the bus at 1:40am. The agent I spoke to at 12:20am also wanted to deflect and tell me that she didnt know about the bus not coming since she just came to work at 11pm when Ive been calling them since 10:30pm and NO ONE said anything about the bus not coming but keeps telling me to wait for a nonexistent bus.

    I literally want to give this company zero stars !!! If you have something important to do dont even waste your time ! The customer service is TRASH ! This is borderline a scam !!Ive been waiting for over 2 hours no bus has arrived ! Ive called the customer service number 35 times no answer. I did speak with a rep 2 hours and she was rude and said the bus will be here in 35 mins thats its delayed ! 2 hours later no bus ! This is ridiculous and so unprofessional
