Today we had a horrible experience at the Spectrum store in the same shopping center in Burlington. You can read my review of our visit if you would like to see details. Im ashamed to say I had been contemplating leaving Verizon and getting the Spectrum mobile instead. Thanks to the rudest employee ever at the Spectrum store we came here instead. Your associate Rodney was as nice as could be and helped us resolve our problem today as well as got us signed up with your home internet service which now allows me to never have to deal with Spectrum again nor give them a dime of my hard earned money. It took 5 minutes to hook up and the Wi-Fi speed blows Spectrum away. Thank you Verizon and particularly Rodney today for your outstanding customer service! Perhaps he can go give Kayla at Spectrum some lessons in how to treat customers!
