The Computer Dept. - Burlington

I decided to pour a glass of water on my laptop and make sure to start the day on my wrong foot =) Brought my dead computer up to the store for help. The put a rush job in it and by closing that same day it was fixed. Charlie and Phillip did a great job of explaining what they had to do to get it back in running order. I am typing this review from my newly patched up laptop. Great job!

The lovely employees of The Computer Dept. fixed my phone when it was all but destroyed and brought my laptop back to life when the battery gave up on me. I couldn't be happier with the service and care I received.

Been going here for 8 to 9 years...GREAT SERVICE! Friendly people. Not a high volume of turnover in employees - and they all know what they are doing. I highly recommend this Burlington business.

Best customer service and computer repair in Burlington/Elon area. We have used them several times and today they saved the day. Got my grandson a laptop for Christmas online. Stupid Microsoft was forcing use of Microsoft account and had us locked out of the laptop. Charlie at The Computer Dept was able to bypass the password and set it to a Local account that doesn't require login. AND for a more than reasonable price. I can't THANK them enough!! Saved the day!!
