Manager could not be bothered to help with a gift card. When I asked for corporate number she said here they will just have me call you and nothing will happen. She was right! Funny how corporate said she could have easily helped me at the store with the gift card. No worries Ulta you lost my business.

The associates are always welcoming and helpful. The store is always clean and organized. I am willing to drive 30 minutes past my local Ulta just to shop here.

Wouldn't get certain services at certain Ulta's, but it's overall a great store for beauty and cosmetics.

Ive been shopping this Ulta store for years and after today not sure Ill go back.
Had to return some Lancome foundation make up (new never opened). Cashier was friendly and I asked if she could have someone meet me over at the Lancome section to pick out something else. She called someone on her walkie/phone and said someone would meet over there soon. I patiently waited. After five to six minutes I went back to the cashier to inquire for help again. She apologized and said shed radioed someone. Said shed do it again. Again I heard her call someone. This time the girl who was working the prestige section walked right past me carrying a sign display. I said Hi and she totally ignored me. Went back to the cashier and said who is supposed to be helping me? By now it had been about 15-20 minutes that I was waiting on help. Cashier again called the same girl on the walkie. I went over to Lancome section and again I was ignored. This time after a few minutes, I walked back to cashier and tild her not to worry, Id go somewhere else. Went to Dillards and got immediate assistance picking my Lancome foundation. So guess Ill get rid of that Ulta Mastercard now also.
