I absolutely love this Dentist, Ive had bad experiences in the past. The staff are amazing they are very attentive to your every need. I came in about two weeks ago and I have been seen 4 times normally the dentist takes forever to get your work done. Not this one. The day that I had my procedure done I was so nervous that my heart rate was high. Everyone that was in the office came in and showed support to try to lower my heart rate. That made me feel so special they took time out to see about me. Dr. Cole is so kind I didnt feel a thing. It was over before I knew it. Then when I was done they all came back to see the finished smile. I have always wanted a smile to be proud of and I finally have that. They worked with my insurance and also set up an affordable payment plan. I have told everyone that I know how GREAT THEY ALL ARE. If you want/need an amazing Dentist this is the place. Dr Cole is amazing.

Was recommended to get a bridge done to prevent shifting of the teeth after I had one of my teeth pulled. Therefore, I had the bridge done 1 year and a half ago which came off just a couple of weeks later. The fit wasnt perfect but it stayed on for a year and a half. However, was told today that they cannot reattach the bridge because my teeth has shifted and the bridge will no longer fit and it will be almost another 3k to get a new one because the warranty on that bridge is only 1 year. First of all, the whole point of the bridge is to prevent the teeth from shifting, did the bridge really do its job if my teeth has shifted. Was told the fit was right because it stayed on for this long. Well I had it come off the 1st time and had it reattached and now it doesnt fit at all suddenly? I should have been told that the bridge might not work and the warranty is only 1 year. Then I could have made a sound decision and went somewhere else where the Dentists are confident in their work and provide longer warranty. Would you wanna pay for a product that might stop working every after almost every 2 years and pay 3k every 2 years to get it replaced? So shady. Money isnt the problem here, trust is. Not to mention, my new dental office has so many patients who have experienced similar issues and were taken advantage of like that in Aspen.
