Do not order from this company I dont know what is going on with their customer service or their ability to even take orders but its terrible. I placed an order. I got the confirmation email saying that my order has been placed and that I should receive it within two weeks the day that it was supposed to arrive, came and went and no package. I wrote to them and found out that they needed credit card information which I do not understand why there was plenty of money in my account and they never charged me. I am still getting emails saying thank you for your order, but they have not charged me and I have not received any packages. What really makes me upset is I still have not had any contact with anyone from this company about why they have not charged me and where my order is. You would think that somebody monitoring the orders would notice and try to contact me to fix the situation, but no. I will not be paying these people and I am no longer interested in getting any of their products that from the looks of it most people get them damaged or rotten anyways and I do not feel like Im going back-and-forth with customer service over a $10 case of butterflies. I highly recommend if there is another company that supplies caterpillars that you go with them instead.

We ordered caterpillars after buying a kit at our local Bass Pro Shop and my daughter was so excited but when they arrived, they were no longer alive- I'm guessing due to inclement weather. I emailed them to see if anything could be done and we had a new set sent to us within the week! Great customer service and we are excited to watch them grow into butterflies! Will definitely order from them in the future.
