Best Buy

I went to have a piece replaced on my car system that Best Buy installed for me. The techs looked over my vehicle to see if they could find out why my system wasnt working instead of checking out my melted piece from the fuse that was hooked to my battery. I understand that my amp and sub was changed out but my fuse wasnt. The bald headed guy was very loud and rude and told me he wasnt going to touch my car multiple times due to the amp and sub being changed. I came for my fuse so Im confused on why I couldnt be helped. If additional work needed to be done after the fused was replaced then we could have set up another appointment to fix it.

**** UPDATE **** I had to talk to the manager of the store. I have to personally Thank Jason, the Manager over the Burlington, NC location. He took a moment to understand the scenario I was in and offered reasonable solutions. We were able to come to a reasonable conclusion. Thank you for your customer service. Bought a Lenovo Yoga I7 laptop on 02/26/2024 with full protection plan which they listed as on sale. Laptop went into Boot Configuration fail randomly when wife has a deadline by the weekend (3 Days). Go to Geek Squad. I not only have to wait 48 hours for diagnostics but asked to pay an additional $99.00 to back up a month's worth of data so it is not lost. At least help the customer out with such a fairly recent purchase. If the hardware is crashed, I have wait 2 to 4 weeks for the laptop to be repaired. No wiggle room to replace because it is outside of 15 days of purchase date. Completely unacceptable.
