        Dr.Jepko and associates are delightful when I had to complete my 2 surprised root canals. I appreciate Dr. Jepkos expertise in his specialty! I always feel comfortable and trust his assessments regarding my infected teeth. I would recommend anyone who needs a root canal or extensive dental work should visit Dr. Jepko and his associates. I have not had any trouble with my root canals. They were done very well. They are truly professional and wonderful people! Thank you!!

        Dr Jepko and Sherry took good care of me today as I had my first ever root canal. I was numbed well and felt no pain. Staff was very friendly. Procedure took about 1 1/2 hours as stated. No wait time. Very punctual.

        I went to Dr. Jepko's office for a consultation about a sensitive tooth. My dental insurance was already maxed out for the year, which I told the office, so they kindly offered to charge me an uninsured rate. I paid the agreed upon amount on the day of the consultation. 6 months later I got a text from the office saying that I stilled owed money from that consultation. I wrote back with my understanding of the situation, but didn't hear back until I got a letter from a collection agency saying the debt had been transferred to them for collection. I paid the amount in question and explained my dissatisfaction with their poor communication and their heavy handed billing process. When they received the check they did call back to apologize, which I appreciate.
