    Dr. Dickey in the Burlington office cares a great deal about his patients. He sensed something was not right with my eye pressures and insisted I go to Dr. Grissom at Carolina Eye for a follow up visit. Dr. Grissom found that I have the beginning stages of Glaucoma which if not for Dr. Dickey I would have never known. All of the staff at My Eye Dr. in Burlington are top notch and I will continue to go there in the future. Mark Dodson

    My girlfriend purchased a new pair of glasses in August 2022. They had to re-make the lenses because the first set they tried was completely wrong. Then a week ago one of the spring hinges on the metal frames failed and caused the entire left arm to detach. She only uses her glasses a couple of hours each day and handles them very carefully. I glued it back together, but that's only a partial solution. We went back to see if they had a warranty and were told it was only good for one year. They said they could offer us a measley 20% discount for new frames, or we could wait 2-3 months and get a new prescription and pay less. $160 for a pair of frames that have already proven to be poor quality is ridiculous. The lady there was rude and dismissive and talked down to us the whole time. They sell poor quality frames that break as soon as they're out of warranty, and they offer little in the way of assistance when that happens. You should go literally anywhere else if you need glasses.

    They said very rudely they dont take Medicaid and to call the number in the card which was done before going. I know that if they dont renew that could be the reason but they choose to just be rude but they need to update website.
