I don't mean any harm but PRA Group actually motivated me to discipline myself and have my own power in repaying my bill. 1st experience online was very easy and user friendly. I'm excited with my option and am much more at peace knowing I took the right steps towards my financial freedom and reaching my goal to a better credit score.

The only positive I can say is that they are allowing me to satisfy my debt with a payment plan I can afford...however I do not appreciate the fact they call me everyday from early in the morning to late at night like they are trying to scare someone to pay off their debt. Thank God for the letter because I was able to call the shots on how I decided to pay the debt off. With that being said, you should NEVER have to call me AGAIN.

Portfolio Recovery Associates is the best collection agency I've ever dealt with. They offer affordable payment plans and their website is incredibly easy to navigate. You can even skip a payment via the website if money if tight. Overall a pleasant experience.
