My husband, Ben, used LM Wilson for years, and since his death I've continued to do so. They just replaced my gas pack and I'm very pleased. This is an update to my original post. I went from a duct work job and trying to make my system limp thru summer to a brand new system with the ductwork. I cant name everyone but it is irrelevant since each person I dealt with was equally knowledgeable and helpful. This was a big job, about 11k, and it was done quickly and professionally. I consider it money well spent! We have been having a/c issues for a couple of weeks. We call and they are there within a couple of hours. Of course, it works like taking a car to a mechanic and by the time they arrive, it works just fine! This was their 4th visit, no fault of theirs, as the techs were trying to track the issue. It finally acted up while they were there, so hoping they found it this trip. I know they are as tired of me calling as I am of calling them! Lol!
