        Janet was amazing. We had gone to our local Ashley store and what we were told didnt make sense. We left and ordered furniture from another store. After a delay and 2 months later we still didnt have our furniture. We happen to be in Burlington one Saturday and stopped to see if they had patio furniture out and spoke to Janet. We ended up telling her about our experience and what we had been told at our local store and she was dumbfounded as those are not Ashleys policies. Janet helped us get the original furniture that we wanted and made us feel like we were family. Our furniture arrived before the date we were told and we love it.
