        I called Irma at the last minute for a birthday present for my mom. I could hear the customers in the store as she was very busy but I could tell the compassion in her voice was excellent customer service at it's best. She asked if I would mind holding and I was glad to oblige. Shortly after, she returned and helped me with my order explaining what I was getting and making me feel welcomed. I remember her from the last time I placed an order here and she was just as professional and wonderful then as she was today. I was not expecting my order until later tonight which would have been fine under my circumstances. But.....less than an hour later my delivery was at my door with a smiling face. What a testimony!!! Irma is my Shero and what more could I ask in excellent customer service. THANK YOU Irma!!!

        I had a order delivered to my house the day before Valentine's Day. Makayla was my driver and she was absolutely awesome!! Two of my dogs got loose and she helped me wrangle them up!! Thank you so much!!!!
