Rude experience today went to get a haircut and full mvp treatment and she didnt want to give me a haircut and it wasnt even busy or book up !! Definitely not worth taking business to this location!!!! Reviews and word of mouth goes far in a company but businesses now dont respect or treat customers fairly. Thats why business close and for bad reviews to be ok and ignore is why you dont earned big revenue during fiscal year!!and which is why Im going to your competition guess companies today are ok with terrible service and respect!! Dont go here!!

Scheduled online and arrived within 15 mins of appointment, only to be checked in as a walk-in and put at the end of the line. Im not waiting almost 2 hours after I checked in online. Jessica does a great job but since this is how your online booking works, we will not be back!
