      image This hotel has the loudest AC units vibrating the walls I cannot get any sleep also the people is the rooms next to your room you can hear everything

I hate to hear that your sleep wasn't restful due to constant pounding and the AC unit being noisy. We have addressed this issue with our corporate office, to notify Hilton of any options that would eliminate the noises from the units.       image We enjoy Tru Hotel, that is our #1 choice. However, next time I will ask if there is a sport's team staying. There was no hot breakfast and the waffle line was long. The team ate just about everything.

      image Used Hilton Honors points but credit was not given. Could have stayed somewhere equally as nice and convenient for less. Love their water fill station though.
