Quality Assurance Agency

Quality assurance agency is useless & a fraud. I have a list of things that makes them super underqualified to front as company that files legal things with the IRS & NC Secretary of State. They were initially hired to help with legal corrections & payroll tax submissions. 1. Julissa Martinez, the company agent of this firm, was hired to help correct legal items for the company I work for in 2022. She never did what she was hired for except on our accounting software, Quickbooks. 2. She filed our taxes for 2022 under the wrong thing so now in 2024 the IRS is sending us multiple letters for not submitting important tax information. She created the correct 1099's and W2's but never turned them in. 3. She forgot to update us on the email domain she uses for daily correspondence for the minimum of 4 months but continued to charge $250 for monthly services she genuinely didn't do. 4. She lets the girls in the office do her job but Julissa & her things aren't qualified to do. They turn in Payroll tax submissions late & don't send receipts of when they finally pay it. 5. After she incorrectly filed our 1099's & our W2's, one of our employees tried to file his taxes & whatever she did had a toll on his tax return. She left him with a tax return of -$1k . She never replied when we reached out to her about that. 6. Julissa never cared about the company I work for as a client until we requested revenue statements. Once she saw the profit margin we were in. She started replying to emails immediately & tried inserting herself into the company's insurance policy. 7. Julissa and all her inadequacies in her office and within herself thought she should branch out to workers compensation insurance. She tried poaching us as insurance clients from the same insurance lady who referred her. After Julissa was cc'ed in an email for important payroll documents Julissa was supposed to send to our insurance agent, Julissa took it upon herself to file our insurance audit and raised our insurance by $37k and she refused to help us out & said she had nothing to do with it and tried sending us back to our insurance agent. She dropped us as clients after I told her she wasn't qualified for her job. 8. The firms actual bookkeeper stopped working there months before we found out. Julissa never said anything. Julissa also has no bookkeeping certifications.
