Spectrum Store

Call in custom service line:If it were up to me I would not give spectrum any stars. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. They dont have enough trained staff. They lie to you just to get you off the line. They tell you to physically go into a store unnecessarily. The cellular service is not the best to begin with and they are not the best value of service providers in North Carolina.

Highly recommend making an appointment. Walked in to drop equipment off and waited over an hour and a half before I ended up walking out.

Poor, careless, service. Three times to store to return box. Gave a box that would not work, gave a box assigned to another account (id was shown with acct no.) Service attitude extremely poor. Call for assistance and get people in other states!

Reviewing the service that was initiated from this store. Extremely pathetic service and as a customer you have to constantly watch your bill for unnecessary charges being posted. I would never go back to them. Customer support is as unhelpful as it gets.
