        Customer service is awful.. they're are in Phillipines and claim they CAN NOT transfer calls to USA...mom needs her paper delivered on her porch, she's handicapped and can't go to end of driveway ..this new carrier doesn't seem to be getting the idea.. mom and I are fed up,
