Absolutely love this place. Kiley is the first smiling face you see when you walk in and is always so polite and helpful. The lobby is always decorated according to the seasons/holidays. I know its a small detail to many, but to me it shows they put effort in to make it a welcoming/comforting space for clients. My provider, Jane Johnson is amazing. She provides a safe space for me to come each week and I look forward to our appointments. Im so thankful to have found Insight and highly recommend them!

Julie was incredible. I have experienced personal growth and relief from trauma through her care and the use of brainspotting. I've been able to cope with triggers and have better processed my trauma. Julie helped me identify patterns and literally gave me back to myself. My relationships are better. My level of peace is better. She is kind and objective and I'm grateful. GO! UPDATE- I would also like to add that I went to see Kathleen with my boyfriend. She taught us how to effectively communicate and helped us better see each other. We are now very happily married and we use those same tools for safe and productive communication today. This office was truly a gift. I encourage anyone on the fence about therapy to go. It was a blessing for us.

Therapy at Insight has changed my life for the positive. I truly appreciate the staff. While living in the area I attended in person and when I relocated I wanted to continue seeing my therapist that I established a relationship with. Love that they offer telehealth appointments. For the good and the bad, insight has helped me through it all.
