Pinnacle Family Services

We've been with this company for over a year, been through multiple therapists. Communication is non-existent. When I call to speak to a supervisor they are unprofessional, don't answer the phone as Pinnacle. I've had to ask for my son's paperwork and now his therapist quit last week and 3 weeks ago I was supposed to get a call from her new team member....nothing. While the therapist was professional and tried really hard, she never connected with my son. I asked for a change and it's been 3 weeks with no communication from the company. I see all these glowing reviews are from 2 years ago. This is the second company we've tried because the first was extremely unprofessional. I used to be an Intensive Outpatient Therapist and I'm appalled at the lack of professionalism, follow through and competency in Alamance County for kids in severe need of services.
