        On 2/13/24, I ordered online a regular #12 at 12:52pm and was told it would be ready at 1:06 pm. I showed up at 1:08 and my sandwich had not been started yet. Finally, at 1:14 I left the shop with my sandwich. Jersey Mike's has the best sandwiches, but I have the worst customer experience at this store. Elizabeth, I would love to talk with you about my experience. How do I do that?

        I ordered a #7 and #17 First the guy making the sandwich was trying to open candy with his teeth and hand with gloves prior to making my sandwich and did not change his gloves. On #17 which is a Philly cheese steak, the cheese wasnt melted at all. This was my first and last time at this location.
