Apparently they took my first review down ! I had my home one year roof had to replaced floors repaired 4 times A/ C screwing up water pouring In floor the ac repair man said they knew they are defective . When first got there said they could have on my land in 4 months lie . It took 1 1/2 years. Todd Mercer is a lier never answer phone. Gm is a worthless person .

I did enjoy the visit the salesman was very educated about the process and product that he represented kudos to him. I did see one home that I really liked will be back to visit again on Monday.

Its not often you go through something that can get a little overwhelming and you say to yourself I wouldnt change anything I can honestly say that about Clayton homes in Burlington and Jessica Durham. Buying a new home can sometimes be overwhelming and Jessica stayed with me during my whole process. She kept me updated, she never made me feel like I was a bother and she gave me great advice and really made me feel so comfortable. If you are looking into manufactured homes look no further because Jessica and John and the whole team will take care of you!!! Happy Home Buying
