This store gets one star because I couldn't give it a 0. There were 4 employees present yesterday while I was there for a ridiculous hour and 20 minutes. I searched the paint chip wall becoming more and more frustrated. I received help two times when I walked to the counter to ask a question and when I bought a sample can of paint they mixed for me. But at no time, did anyone come and ask if they could come help me. Nor did they ask 2 other customers searching the wall for colors in frustration. One left quietly, the other left later commenting she was going to Lowe's where she could at least get some help. I, on the other hand, went across the street for the same reason. Where they sell Benjamin Moore paint. I received the customer service and guidance there in just minutes. And purchased 2 gallons of paint that will get my painter started.

I've never gone into a store where they talked me out of buying something! I went into the store on Church Road in Burlington. I wanted a small quart of Frosty White paint for touching up our walls. The gentleman working asked if our home was a new build and I answered that it was. He then told me he could only sell me a 5 gallon size in that paint; that it didn't come any other way. I couldn't understand why he couldn't make a quart of he could sell a 5 gallon. He didn't seem to want to help at all. If we paint our entire house, I will purchase our paint from a different store. Great paint, but be aware this store has virtually no inventory, so it's difficult to plan.
