Took my Frenchie came back to get him his nads where bruised and inflamed took him back they swear they did not do anything to my Frenchie. Talk to vet who said its a common occurrence of groomers to use a method of squeezing their nads to get them to submit. I got photos so you can Keep the money as a disabled Veteran my dog is not a pet he is a service dog for me and my medical condition and you mistreat him Wrong Wrong Wrong then you lie to my face. You got paid so there is no favor, but you abused my dog and the vet at said its from the groomer she has seen it before. So they are lying also. Keep the money hopefully nobody else takes there animal to you. You are wrong and a liar at that.

I have had many dogs groomed by Aunti Trish and they all seem to enjoy Pamper day! Nady, Bear, Taco, Chubbs, Manny and Little Girl love to spend time getting hugs and kisses. Trish has been a groomer since 2010 taking care of my 4 legged family.

Cant say enough great things. Trish grooms my dogs and does an AMAZING job! My dogs love her and they to get so excited to come visit.

Any criticism of Creagers Critters is ridiculous. We have four dogs and they all go to Creagers Critters. If it were possible I would give them a 6Star Rating. They are kind, give the dogs special attention and do a terrific job. The idea that they hurt the dogs in any way shape or form to get them to do anything is absurd. They trim the hair and you can see the dogs through a large window. Anyone with any brain function can tell if a dog is under any distress. We will always take our four legged family members to this exceptional place.
