        Upon meeting Dr Evans he has a pleasant bedside manner. He provided a thorough examination while explaining my medical issues and options to address them; and scheduled follow up visit to review progress. I left knowing that I now have a plan of action! I look forward to walking without pain!

        During my appointment the Dr asked if I would like the toenails on my big toes rounded out. I said sure not realizing I would be charged $110 for the simple service.

        Dr. Evans has the best personality and makes procedures a breeze. The administration team is also great. Will recommend to anyone in need of a podiatrist.

        Terrible foot and ankle clinic!!!! I was fitted for orthotics in May 2023 at the Burlington NC office. After calling many times I Still have not received the inserts. Sept 5th I received a call that the greensboro office has my inserts. The Burlington office has charged me for the orthotics but expects me to go to Greensboro to pick them up. This is after 2 visits where i was charged for an office visit to pick up the inserts. I don't recommend anyone using Triad Foot and Ankle clinic. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL
