        The normal guy Philip that's there wasn't there. Some girl was. I was late to my appointment to get off the enterlock. She was not doing anything but sitting on her phone. She didn't want to help me out at all. This isn't the only time monitech has disappointed me..the customer service "Charme" is rude and unwill you help. I wish I could give 0 stars. Please look into other companies before you choose monitech...they don't care about you...just your money.
