        One star for customer service from older woman who runs this location and for delivering package to wrong address then refusing to refund, demanding payment again to re-mail. Avoid this location and UPS. A young man with light brown hair here was excellent and the only one there with consideration.

        I agree with the fella that said this isnt a real UPS store. I had a prepaid and printed UPS label for my package and they wouldnt take it. This isnt a real UPS Store.
