The gold standard in complete home Inspection education. Ive been an inspector for 15 years and have always relied on The Home Inspection Training Center. Ive always used the online education portal but they also have live training and hands on training center. Perfect for procrastinators or planners!!! They also have continuing education for general contractors.

Gregory Enterprises is this and much more, and they will have your best interest in mind and treat you like family! For several years, I have attended their educational classes and contact them during the year for additional guidance and I have never been disappointed. Their classes are always professionally taught, and I always leave with more knowledge. I always refer my new Inspectors to their company and my inspectors are always pleased with their training and support. Recently, Bonnie from Gregory Enterprises assisted me on a client complaint that was reported to the states licensure board. She helped me gather the resources I needed to submit my response to the board which in turn resulted in a client complaint dismissal. Client complaints reported to the states licensure board can be a very stressful ordeal and with Bonnies help, this stress was greatly diminished!! To add, this is one of the services Gregory Enterprises provides whenever one attends their classes; a valuable service indeed!! I will always be grateful for the support and education they provide as this helps me to be a better inspector so I can better serve my clients and their agents!

Bonnie, Tom and Stan run a top-notch business! Always willing to help with training and technical assistance whenever the need arises. I attended The Home Inspection Training Center for pre-licensing training in 2014 and passed the test on the first attempt with a solid score. Each year I attend their CE classes and always leave feeling I got a great ROI! Aside from being some of the smartest people I know, they're very likable people and it's obvious they care about their students.

I've been using the new IRBpro software for over a month now and have been very pleased overall. I came from HomeGauge after nearly six years, so I was a bit intimidated in switching platforms. I sat down with Stan, the brains behind its design, for a one on one to get some first person insight. The time he spent giving me a walk through definitely helped my transition. The biggest pro, for me personally, has been his tech support thus far. Unlike what I left behind, I've always had a swift response regarding any questions no matter the time or day, including weekends! That has been huge in allowing me to become comfortably acclimated much faster then I had anticipated. Aside from the support, I have found the software to be user friendly and it provides inspectors the ability to present compact, yet professional reports without all the unnecessary steps some software's implement. This is actually a product for inspectors, designed by inspectors. At the very least, I recommend my inspector buddies to give the free trial a whirl and see for themselves.
