I have the best relationship with this company. There was a few little quirks here and there along the way but after years of experience they are so easy to book and get pallets picked up. And the rates are the best.

My name is Greg and we sell Leggett and Platt adjustable bed frames at Synergy Health. A young man 32 years old dying of cancer placed an order as one of his dying wishes which was to sleep in a comfortable bed. We shipped the order out Central Transport and got notified a few days later that it was possibly damaged. Upon inspection of the pictures it became clear as one picture showed the base completely upside down with the pallet on top. Another picture showed a large hole in the box from a forklift. Chances are instead of laying the base down flat in a 60x80 space of which we paid for, they stood on side to allow for more cargo on truck or somehow got it upside down. This weighs over 200lbs so not sure how that happened. We shipped another base out immediately with faster safer carrier. Unfortunately I got a call from customer's mother that he had passed away before the replacement base could be delivered. The heartbreak in her voice of disappointment for not having given him that last wish was enough for me to NEVER use Central Transport again. If you care about what you are shipping then I urge you to request all sellers to choose a different carrier.
