Tonight I encountered one of their drivers I can only assume in a road rage fit because. I was giving my self insulin and the driver comes up honking his horn and merging into my lane I have to slam on my brakes to avoid being hit. This is all at 70 mph. I then speed up to get the truck details and signal him to pull over so I could contact DOT. The driver refused and started holding his cell phone. My wife contacted Georgia DOT who instructed us they would attempt to intercept the vehicle. I also think it appropriate to mention its not just your name on the side of the truck but also Montana express youre pulling behind you Truck 353 Usdot 1422860 MC 538041 NC plate :AC-36009 Dont let one of your drivers road rage catch you in court.

Very sad experience which cost me a lot of extra money. I contacted Joel who seems to be one of the owners to transport a boat from VA to CA. Since he was recommended to me from the seller of the boat, I wasnt too concerned about his business practice. He never sent a written contract or explained any insurance or transportation details. I was fine with that, since I believed he takes pride in his business and knows what hes doing. He also got all measurements in advance from the seller of the boat and exactly knows what needs to be transported. The driver showed up on time in Virginia and declined the transport, since he thought the boat is not that wide. Joel called me in California just saying, sorry we cant do it, because the driver couldnt handle it. He also didn't offers any alternatives or solutions to adress the issue. Seems like they must improve the communication to their drivers. How unprofessional is that for a Trucking Company? Everything was forwarded to Davis Trucking in advance. Now my project is completely delayed. Loss of rent for the Shipyard, loss of time and so on. Glad I found a different company who sent me a written contract right away. Worth to pay some more money for professional service and handling. Lesson learned be always careful and insist on a written contract.
