Kind and caring staff and physician who understand that caring for the patient often includes caring for the caregiver. Thank you Dr. Wolff and staff.

My husband had a Vasectomy done July 16th, 2020. Dr. Wolff and his nurse explained everything step by step. Gave us a 24 hr number to call in case of an emergency. The healing process went great. The nurse called in some nasal spray for pain medcine and it came in the next day and it done wonders with pain and bruising. Only thing that we were unaware of was the 6-12 week follow up sperm check is not covered through insurance so this is paid out of pocket. Other than that my husband highly recommends Dr. Wolff.

Bad experience, went into the office to speak to Dr. Wolff about questions about my sons surgery and he asked if someone called and scheduled a pre-op appointment with me for my son. No one ever did. The lady at the front desk of Dr. Wolff's office gave me a day and time for us to take my son to ARMC and the day of the pre-op appointment. The pre-op appointment was suppose to consist of us speaking to an anesthesiologist and COVID testing according to the front desk lady. No one at ARMC knows anything about the appointment. I called Dr. Wolff's office the day of and the lady never got back with me, I had to call her back 15 mins later and she says oh it's suppose to be a phone call appointment and it was her mistake. Well I told her we have not received a phone call at 8AM the day of pre-op appointment. The people at the doctors office can't do their jobs and people at ARMC knows nothing. Needless to say we canceled my son's surgery date because no one knows anything. I would not recommend this office because they cannot get anything straight. Update to Dr. Wolffs reply below*** Dr. Wolff blames the reason why my husband left out of the pre-op appointment was because my husband was asked to pay for a $500 deductible, thats not true. The doctors office set up the appointment time. ARMC has no dog in the fight because they didnt set up an appointment with me. So to blame them is wrong! The fact was that his staff at his office had set up an appointment for us to to go to ARMC for a pre-op appointment and told us the wrong thing. The day of the pre-op appointment, my husband calls me at work and tells me ARMC knows nothing of the appointment. I called the staff at Dr. Wolffs Office, the female lady at Dr. Wolfs office knew she made a mistake and apologize (See obviously their fault) and then proceeds to tells me that she just realized that it was suppose to be a phone call appointment instead, On the day of his appointment! Mind you, my husband already drove out to ARMC with my son from Greensboro, there is still COVID going around, and it took time out of the day. When this pre-op appt was made it was never relayed that it was going to be a phone call appointment. There was NO phone call that same morning made, so whose fault was that? We decided to cancel the surgery appointment And walked out of the pre-op appointment because of the frustration with the Doctors office staff. So Dr. Wolffs staff dropped the ball. Rather than fixing, owning, and understanding the issue (his staff), Dr. Wolff makes up something as simple as a deductible as to why it was the reason why we canceled the surgery appointment. Money was never an issue. He was going to do our sons surgery at ARMC so how does that and the pre-op appointment at ARMC that was suppose to be made correctly by his office staff not related at all to his office? Now we know its not the staff but also the doctor. Please stay away from this office. We will take my son to a different urologist whose staff are more organized, does their jobs right, and the doctor doesnt blame the patient for their own staffs doing. Its called patient care NOT patient blame! Just a warning!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My wife went in for a procedure that we later found out from an expert in this field was not needed to find out if she had IC. The procedure was done at Alamance Regional which is another place I wouldnt recommend. After having a bladder procedure she was discharged without having to void her bladder. Apparently Dr.Wolff doesnt think that being able to go to the bathroom after numbing your bladder is important. So that evening my wife had to go but couldnt because her bladder was still numb. The pain was so intense I called Dr Wolff who seemed to not remember doing my wifes procedure that day. I had to remind him and tell him several times who it was and what he did. He says to go to the ER or take a warm shower and see if that would help. Well the pain was to intense to wait any longer so off to the ER we go. A catheter was installed and had to be worn a few days in order for things to get back to normal. To make matters worse we get a bill from Alamance Regional for the ER visit. A visit we should have not had to make if Dr.Wolff cared enough about his patients to make sure they were perfectly able to go home. So now we have an extra $800 plus bill and a hospital that wont waive the fee because the Dr. orders didnt say to void bladder. Anyways long review I know but bottom line find someone besides Dr.Wolff or Alamance regional. Id recommend Dr.Robert Evans at Wake Forest.

I am not employed by ARMC and should not be blamed for the concerns Ms. Khang has with them. Also, Mr. Khang became upset and left the pre-op appointment at ARMC after they requested a $500 payment for deductible. Again, I am not paid or employed by the hospital and feel that this anger directed at me is unfair and uncalled for. I hope that you seek the care that your son needs as soon as possible and best wishes.

I am sorry that your insurance plan had such a high deductible and that you had to pay the hospital. I am not employed by the hospital and believe that it unfair for you to direct your anger at me rather than your insurance plan. The procedure performed is necessary to establish the diagnosis and is in the American Urological Association guidelines. I hope that your wife will get the care she deserves at Wake Forest.
