If giving ZERO stars was possible I would. I attempted to board my dog with them. My dog has been scarred and traumatized by the people here. I told them MULTIPLE time he had never been boarded before. Twenty minutes after I dropped him off I get a phone call from Dr. Cates and am told to come get him: he was outside while he was run was being prepped and he was jumping up and down at the fence and bit his tongue and broke a nail and hes covered in blood. So I picked him up (they offered absolutely no medical care even though I signed papers saying they could do so if needed). Then after Ive walked out and am loading him into the car they come out to tell me he may have broke his teeth. After that he began vomiting blood and bleeding a lot. Our normal vet was closed so I called them since he got hurt there and they wanted me to wait for an appointment hours away. I called another vet and they knew it was an emergency and squeezed him in. When they saw how profusely he was bleeding they took him back immediately. He had two large holes in his lip, and broke both of his upper canines. THERE WAS NO INJURY TO HIS TONGUE!!! When my husband called and spoke with Dr. Cates she told him she had no idea what happened, he was let outside and nobody was with him. No apology, remorse, or concern. Now he isnt even acting the same and hes so timid and scared. I dont recommend this place at all!

Wife took my dog here to get boarded dog was there for less then 30min was told to come get him my dog had 2 broken k9s and nails ripped out and a hole in his mouth. No one can tell me what happened My wife called me freaking out when he being vomiting blood his normal vet was closed and she called Westbrook to explain the advance of his situation and was told to come back tomorrow . My dog still isnt behaving right and Im afraid hes about to die do not recommend
