Only giving 3 stars instead of 1 because Dr Cherry is the only good thing about this place. The ladies at the front are also nice. The African American lady (I dont know her name) who has done my labs is also nice. I was going to encompass and it has been a mess since they merged with Westside. They have adopted west sides policies and bed side manners which is sort of the reason I left westside for encompass years ago. Theyve been making me see a different Dr for my prenatal visits everytime and Im having to repeat everything to everyone. The reasoning is incase your doctor isnt available when you give birth but everyone knows there is a chance of that when you give birth. People are only human and cant be everywhere at once. Encompass did not do that. They let you continue to see your doctor who you were comfortable with while pregnant. I trust Dr Cherry not to miss anything like the last provider I saw at west side did years ago. The last lady I saw here brought up how high my bmi was in every other sentence. I get that Im fat I dont need to hear it every sentence. I also feel that their computer system is unorganized because everytime I go there is an issue with the wrong lab being sent in. Like I said Dr Cherry is an outstanding Dr who has empathy but she is the only pleasant experience Ive had since the 2 practices merged. I miss encompass. If Dr Cherry ever leaves I will not continue to go here. When you find a doctor who actually listens to your concerns and addresses them, stick with them because thats so rare in health care these days.

Very much like almost every experience described involving a miscarriage, no compassion, concern or medical urgency has been given to me by one CMA over the phone who asked me why we were having an intake appointment when I told her I miscarried even though the appointment was made through an internal referral where my primary care doctor and the staff at this location scheduled that appointment and I made it very clear when I checked in that I was no longer pregnant and gave the exact date I miscarried. I was called two days later to schedule a miscarriage follow up where the staff scheduling the appointment did not even say anything kind about the fact that she was speaking to someone who went through a recent miscarriage (it occurred less than two weeks prior). Next I was told I shouldnt even be on the schedule as they are not accepting new patients but she would add me anyway and gave me no information when I asked what to expect for a first appointment. Needless to say, I will be cancelling my appointment and finding a more compassionate womens health facility that treats each and every woman, pregnant or not, as though their health is just as important and their desire to become pregnant is equally important to a pregnant womans desire to have a healthy baby. In the appointment notes after the phone visit, I was blamed for scheduling an appointment that was scheduled internally through the staff based on a referral from my primary care provider.
