This company have specialist who come to treat your yard. This morning they came to our house, rang the door bell and told us that they will be treating the yard with lime granules. then he went to his truck, prepared the paperwork and left it on the front door saying they put 20 lbs. lime. He didn't even step in the yard. we watched the whole episode and he left. I called the company and they said they will schedule again after two week just in case the treatment was done. then I looked up the reviews and saw that this is common. So i called again and canceled my services with them. I have been with them for several years and we have been complaining but this time it was obvious. we had requested that they do not do the service if we are not home. just think, you are not home and if they charge you for not doing anything. 08/10/2017 Today a collection agency called for the same asking for money that they had charged for the service that was not done. Shame on this company.
