This company is a scam, trust me I know. Ive worked in MLMs and they are horrible. Do not use this company at all costs. 8 years later they have a 2.2 they are a joke.

I used appraisal nation for a refinance loan . My appraiser was James Andrew he arrived with a demeanor in which I thought he was a bad appraiser. Andrew had to come out again for re inspection we had a talk this time I figured hes a great person who comes to do his job professionally! He not there to be a friend hes there to do his job and leave I would recommend using Andrew James if you have to go through appraisal nation for any services !!! I would use him everytime I need an appraisal in future if possible !!!!!! Now Im waiting on lender to make decision Keep you updated !!!

They charged me $845 dollars for an appraisal I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. then only refunded me $540. This company steals money to stay in business. STAY AWAY

America's leading appraisal company my ass. This is the worst company that I have ever had to deal with, these appraisal's do not even close to what the actual cost is, how is this company still in business, A condo unit just sold 3 months ago for $180,000.00 and we have a balcony overlooking the water, our appraisal came in $18,000 thousand dollars lower, the appraiser was out of Alabama. This is the 2nd time that we had to use Appraisal Nation, the other time we received an appraisal for another condo that they appraised for $162,500 and we sold it the next week for $219,000.00 cash. This appraisal also had to place a rental market report on the appraisal, and he put a rental of $1100.00 a month, when I told him that units were renting for $1500.00 a month. Please run from Appraisal Nation as they are not good and will low ball every appraisal. Worst appraisal company in the Pan Handle of Florida. And they claim a 5 day turn around my ass, this took 15 days for a 1-bedroom condo that is 540 Square Ft.
