They sent residents an email stating if the first 3 or 4 people to leave a good review that they would give them a $100 gift card, which I think is weird. The new reviews below are not true!

My daughter has been complaining about loud noises from her neighbor above and it is a continuous issue. She is woken up by loud noises very early in the morning everyday. Walls seem to be very thin. She is in grad school, and she does not get any sleep nor can she properly take her exams or study in her room due to the loud bangs coming from upstairs. She has made many complaints but nothing seems to be done about the issue. Honestly, to pay this much to live here, you would expect the walls to not be so paper thin or your problems to be solved, but unfortunately it does not.

I love living at Berkshire Chapel Hill! With the helpful leasing office & maintenance staff, luxury apartment finishes, and fun amenities - it is an all around great place to live. Plus, the location is steps away from several grocery stores, shopping, fitness centers, restaurants, and so much more, which is hard to find! Update: I have lived here for more than 3 years now and it continues to get better. They have been updating and renovating the building constantly by repainting the outside, adding in new furniture in common areas, removing the carpet in the hallways, etc. there are even more great businesses within walking distance (UPS, Aldi, the list goes on and on), and it is less than a mile to beautiful paved trails (bolin creek trail, booker creek trail) - you essentially never need to drive anywhere if you didn't want to. I continue to love living at Berkshire Chapel Hill!
