I visited the store intending to purchase a perfume. Initially, a sales associate informed me that the price was $71. However, when I returned the following day to make the purchase, I was told the price had risen to $82. Disappointed by the inconsistency, I requested to speak with the original sales associate, but was told to return later in the afternoon. Despite returning as instructed, I was denied the opportunity to speak with her. Instead, another staff member offered the perfume for $86. This fluctuation in price within a single day was both frustrating and off-putting. It was my first and last experience with this store.

Spacious store but the staff could use some training and soft skills. I've only had bad experiences with a newish woman up front who practically insists that you open a credit account. She's loud so I've heard her try to rope everyone into doing it. She has a come back for everyones reasons why they don't want to and it's just super cringe! She must make a commission but I avoid getting in line if she's the only person at the register.

Today I went here as I had made a appointment with the ulta durham location but they were not able to accommodate my schedule no biggy they handled everything with getting me scheduled with Ms Sarah at the chapel hill location when I first walked through the door i was greeted right away when I came back to the salon area Sarah greeted me right away and was the sweetest soul from start to finish I felt so comfortable in her chair and as someone with damaged bleach blonde hair it's so hard to find someone to make you feel comfortable and let's you leave confident I can't wait to go back and see Sarah from cut to bleach to toner I'm very happy

I was waiting in line where the line has always been. The cashier then decide to check out two people who skipped the line and didnt even acknowledge me. Thats okay, because I left the product got a cheaper one on Amazon, and placed my order at the other ulta store. Trash customer service.
