I lived here for about 2 years and I have nothing but positive things to say about lawyers ridge. Jessica in the office specifically was incredible to work with, accommodating to all of my needs and helpful through out my time there. Had I not bought a home, I would definitely had stayed there. Mr. Rafael in Maintenance was always able to fix any issues I had and was very kind and hardworking. I am very appreciative to Lawyers Ridge thank you for two great years!!

Lived here for 7 years. And I am going to miss this place Neighbors are great, office staff and maintenance team are reliable, honest and hardworking. Very closed to all areas in Charlotte. Even though its nearby to Albermarle Rd which doesnt have a great reputation, the neighborhood itself has been kept secured, they are very strict in rules such as background checks to maintain the security of the residents. CMPD has jurisdiction over the property which always gave me a sense of safety. Last but not least, its extremely affordable based on how accesible it is to Uptown compared to other apartments around the area that are less safe & more expensive. To the administration thank you so much for the last few years and keep it up to make sure its always safe for new residents.

I love having lived here for three years. People have the wrong impression on this area because of how close it is to Albermarle road. However, this complex is more about safety and cleanliness first! If you drive around the complex, youll see how nice it is and how great neighbors are. Yes, there are some exceptions to the rule, but youll barely see them around or renewing their leasing. The staff is great and approachable. Previous management was a little narrow-minded. Fortunately, they left last year
