I love my apartment but Im paying entirely too much. this is a VERY bad area. Very much drug infested which causes car break ins as well as building break-ins. I dont plan on the renewing my lease here. Definitely not for the price.

The application process has been quite strenuous. Our move-in date got moved out three days due to some errors made by poor communication of the office. After reading previous reviews of nightmares, such as this one and other major issues with the apartment, It is concerning of what the next year will bring living at this establishment. Im sure I will receive a review feedback that will say contact us at accent South rail in a generic responseI had to add more to Review, The apartment complex has been very difficult to get a refund from Since we decided to not move in due to all the burglar Issues the car smashing, and the terrible application process due to Ashley and her team. I would advise, not moving here because the process was absolutely terrible and below subpar this application process set a new bar for how low Things can go

If you want any further information about this apartment complex, just look at all the reviews of how bad people have it at this place. The apartment complex is absolutely absurdly, broken and disgusting and the homeless sleep in the hallways all the time so you will feel unsafe if you do not feel like you can protect yourself. The staff at the desk dont care about you. They dont care if you are feeling safe if youre feeling justified or at ease living in this place. To top it all off the manager Ashley is absolutely not any help. She does not care about anyone that she is working with in process. You are just a number and a price dollar. This place cannot be any more shady. It is absolutely absurd that they can treat people like this and get away with it. After writing a clear and devoted case to management/corporate, I hope that They do a revamping of the staff. After speaking with corporate about these conditions, they were well unaware of the management style, and how people were being treated within this Apartment complex. You will see mold on the windows and you will see things that will drive you to get away from here as fast as possible. Overall, if I could give this place a -100 out of 10 I definitely would
